In the rare event of an inventory discrepancy, listing error, incorrect price, or oversold item, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order or portion of an order and issue an appropriate refund.

Orders & Payment

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund for the affected item or order.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout, unless an alternate arrangement is required or agreed upon.

Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect or incomplete addresses, peak-season volume, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control after a package has been accepted by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. HollowCraft is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered because of an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

If a shipping delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the customer and resolve the issue in accordance with applicable requirements. Federal rules require online sellers to have a reasonable basis for advertised shipment times; when no shipping time is stated, sellers generally must ship within 30 days or provide the customer an option to accept a delay or cancel for a refund.

Returns & Refunds

Our separate Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into and considered part of these Terms of Service. Please review that policy before placing an order.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable product listing or Return & Refund Policy:

• All sales are final except where an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly not as described.

• Return or refund requests must be submitted within the time frame stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

• Items must generally be returned in their original condition, including original packaging when applicable.

• Opened, used, altered, damaged, or incomplete items may not be eligible for return or refund.

• Certain items may be marked final sale or non-returnable in the product listing.

• Sealed merchandise is not eligible for return once opened, except where required by applicable law or when the item is defective or significantly not as described.

Wisconsin does not prescribe a specific return or refund policy for retailers, provided goods are not misrepresented; businesses may set and communicate their own policies.

Risk of Loss

We use reasonable care in packaging orders to help protect merchandise during shipment.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout. If you believe a package was lost, damaged in transit, or delivered incorrectly, contact us promptly and include your order number so we can review the situation.
